The International South Europe Symposium was held in Bologna (Italy) in May 2003, Organised by the University of Bologna and IENICA.

The title was: Non-Food Crops: From Agriculture to Industry

This resulted in a Book of Abstracts and the Final Programme, a set of abstracts from the poster presentations and a CD-ROM. However, all this material has also been placed on the IENICA website, which contains summaries and papers for most of the following presentations. Poster abstracts are also available.
