Valonal and BelBiom merged on 7th January 2002 to form a new organisation - ValBiom

ValBiom activities deal with all non-food chains, in both the energy and the renewable raw material sectors.

ValBiom participates in project supported by the Walloon Region Government, as well as European projects. It is a member of ERRMA, AEBIOM and COBIO.

Information on studies and other activities previously carried out by Valonal and Belbiom is still available from the ValBiom secretariat.
