The project is producing a number of booklets, full details of which can be obtained from the website. These include one dealing with By-Product Resusing from olive and olive oil production and one covering Olive tree cultivation.

These booklets, available in PDF format, have been written to help the producer of olives and olive oil across Europe in understanding various aspects relating to the production and processing of olives. These form part of the The Olive Encyclopaedia , a collection of 12 publications that aim to make the information collected during the course of thsi project accessible to those interested.
