ECLAIR Programme Cluster I - Oils

This cluster contains four projects dealing with vegetable oils, ranging from improved methods of plant breeding and the relevant agronomic aspects, to the processing of these oils in the chemical industry. Work will also be performed into alternative industrial uses of vegetable oils.
