The network is aimed at the establishment of a co-ordinated action for liquid biofuels:

• Identification of non-technical barriers
• Proposition of recommendations and solutions for promoting liquid biofuels
• Setting up co-operation programmes to develop liquid bio-fuels

The results will propose a European methodology aimed at the viable development of liquid biofuels, adopted by all scientists and users and also enhance the acceptability of liquid biofuels for use in modern engines and devices, compatibility with National environmental regulations and energy and economic efficiency on a total basis.
