OBJECTIVE:

The action is aimed at an exchange of expertise with regard to profitability (cost per handsheet or per m2 handsheet), reproducibility and comparability of the dominant handsheet forming methods.

Based on the results obtained, new technological approaches will be realized to develop handsheet formers of superior profitability and which are tailored to suit modern mill conditions in terms of closed whitewater circuits and drying procedures.
